Refund Policy

1. Overview

Arguably is a digital SaaS product. All purchases are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made through Arguably.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked. Refund requests made after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions

If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@arguably.ai with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief reason for the request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for: (a) accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service; (b) requests made solely to abuse the refund policy such as repeated purchase and refund cycles.

6. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional statutory rights. For digital content, the 14-day statutory cooling-off period may not apply once access has begun with your explicit consent. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds the statutory minimum in most jurisdictions. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a purchase or our handling of a refund request, please contact us first at support@arguably.ai. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an appropriate trade ombudsman or alternative dispute resolution service in your jurisdiction. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Since all payments are processed by Paddle.com, payment-related disputes may also be raised directly with Paddle via their support channels at paddle.com.
